This neat set-up is a must for competitive racers as, by using larger diameter discs, mechanical leverage is greatly improved which increases the stopping torque. The outer circumference is bigger, which means it travels further, so the pads work harder, gaining efficiency whilst benefiting from a larger heat dissipating area.

This is just what’s required up front on a quad; it’s employing the same principle as on motorcycles, ie, the bigger the disc the better the stopping power!

The kit features larger 172mm diameter, 4mm front discs in Hardox 400 or Stainless, with plated brackets to relocate the stock Yamaha callipers.

Available for Yamaha YFZ450 2006 -, YFZ450R and Raptor 700.
