BIG-H: THE BULLY IN BRITISH TRAINING?

August 4 2015.

As many readers of Trader probably know, the vexed question of rider training has, according to columnist Mark Williams, recently become even more vexatious. Perhaps not, though, for those with a Honda franchise, since Britain’s biggest bike importer has launched its own training scheme, the Honda School of Motorcycling.

Now, for those who aren’t part of the franchise, here’s what it’s all about;

According to the ‘Skill Up With Honda’ pages on Honda’s website, if you “Learn to ride or upgrade your licence at any one of Honda’s training schools… [then] purchase a new motorcycle… we will give you half the cost of your course back.”
