IAM MOTORCYCLING FESTIVAL

The IAM (Institute of Advanced Motorists) Motorcycling Festival – which will take place at the National Motorcycle Museum in early July - is a celebration for IAM volunteers from around the country, who are the lifeblood of the organisation.


Steve Plater, the 2009 British Supersport champion and leading contender in the British Superbike championship will host the event, and he will be joined by John Cooper who starred in the 1960’s and 70’s in the 500cc world championship and Isle of Man TT.

A £10 admission fee includes museum admission and a free quiz, a food and drink voucher plus the opportunity to participate in all activities. An escorted museum tour is also included.

There will be five official ride-in points from around the country and meeting points will be posted on the website www.iam.org.uk/homecoming  

The event is also open to non-members who can buy tickets in advance.
