Lubricants manufacturer Motul is the latest high-profile brand to lend its support to the 2018 Arenacross Tour.

As the official lubricant partner to AX, Motul aims to increase awareness of its wide portfolio of lubricants across the sectors of automotive, motorcycle, garden, industrial, marine and many other industries, whilst also promoting its newly launched range of bespoke off-road products. An extensive development programme has resulted in the introduction of five four-stroke and three two-stroke lubes in both four and two-litre pack sizes.

This is the first time Motul has thrown its weight behind an off-road focused series in the UK and, fittingly, the three-time and reigning AX Pro champion Thomas Ramette, and his SR75 World Suzuki Team Suzuki, use Motul products. A number of other teams, including newly-signed Elliott Banks Brown and his Geartec outfit, are also lubricated by Motul.

Commenting on the new relationship, Motul’s brand manager Richard Barrett said; “It’s all about awareness and being associated with a strong family event such as AX provides us with a fantastic opportunity to spread the Motul word to both hard-core off-road fans and a wider audience. We’re hoping to enjoy a long-term partnership and attract some of the crowd interest and excitement across to our brand.
