ROADLEGAL KUBERG FREERIDER SET FOR SUMMER RELEASE

April 29 2016.

Kuberg’s all-new Electric Freerider is proving to be a big hit in the off-road sector. This, coupled with the latest announcement from the Czech Republic manufacturer that an homologated version will be released during the summer, is good news for UK dealers wishing to add an affordable, stylish and environmentally-friendly product to their showroom.

The homologated option opens up a huge market for the Freerider – especially for customers who want a bike to thrash on the track at the weekend but also to have as a daily commuter for college or work. The Freerider’s light chassis and powerful motor will make light work of urban traffic and, of course, the electric classification means that it will be free from road duty and congestion charges. With a potential commuting distance of 20 miles on a single charge, the Freerider is a realistic option and could arguably be the coolest two-wheeled commuter on the street.

As well as supplying an homologated version out of the box, Kuberg also aims to supply a road-legal kit so that existing Freerider owners can upgrade their off-road versions if they wish.

To find out more about this rapidly developing range of electric machines, Kuberg’s UK Distributor E-SCAPE is hosting a day for New Dealers on the 12th of May 2016 at its electric riding facility in Cheshire.
