March 17 2004. Bennetts has appointed Suzan Tew, to head up the company's contact centre operation in Coventry.

Suzan is responsible for over 200 Bennetts call centre staff based at Dial House in Coventry and is tasked with ensuring that Bennetts continues to deliver its brand image through sales and service consistently.

As part of her role, Suzan will also be implementing a number of initiatives to better the working environment for advisors within the contact centre.

Suzan joins Bennetts with a variety of management skills gained latterly from Cable and Wireless where she was Business Improvement Director and prior to that Account Management Director, with responsibility for over 250 field and call centre sales staff.
