Rock Oil has been involved with the off-road market since working with the famous Team Green Kawasakis in the Eighties. In 2004, Rock supported the Fast Eddie Honda team, with Paul Edmondson finishing second in the World Enduro class. The company also sponsored high-profile competitors such as Brown and Peters in the British and World Motocross Sidecar events.
In order to maximise its relationship with the off-road fraternity, Rock will support a number of high-profile teams and individuals in the 2005 season. The firm will also continue to advance its collaboration with long-term associates such as Dave Thorpe.
Rock will work with Innovate Honda, supporting a new seven-rider team whose top MX1 competitor is Mark Hucklebridge. O'Neal Yamaha will also be using Rock lubrication during the forthcoming season, giving the products a strong presence both home and abroad. These two teams, along with existing riders, will ensure Rock's profile is as high as it can be for this year's racing season. New products are in the pipeline, and Rock will shortly be launching a new bike cleaner to sit alongside its current off-road range.
