LONDON CITY AIRPORT SPRINT GP
June 4 2004. The LCA Sprint GP on July 24th continues to draw sponsorship and trade stands, but there is still room to take advantage of this unique event.

The LCA Sprint Grand Prix will include a full programme of two-lane drag races for bikes plus a few demos by the Ferrari Owners club with other attractions in the pipeline.

The Airport isn't used on Saturday afternoons, but timing is still critical. Gates will open to the public at 12.30 and the meeting must close at 7pm. Trade stands will need to arrive at the site from around 10.30am on Saturday morning and then move to set up area after the last plane leaves at 11.20. Competitive runs will start at 1pm allowing a bit of peace and quiet to set up.

LCA Sprint GP Organiser Terry Homan has already secured a great drag name from the past in the form of John Hobbs and Hobbit, plus some super street machines from www.200mph.org.uk .

All types of Trade Stands are invited and Terry is trying to keep the costs down in Year One, with the aim of maximising the donation to the Airport's nominated charity, the Lewis Jacobs Trust for Autistic Children, so contact him for full details ASAP.
