Motorcycle Trader sent its intrepid marketing duo Charlie Harris and Robin Boote to INTERMOT, the principal European motorcycle show, which is currently being held in Munich, Germany.

Charlie spent time at the MCI Exhibitions stand chatting with Managing Director Finlay McAllen.
Finlay explained that MCI Exhibitions is thrilled with the level of involvement contributed by the UK motorcycle trade and he strongly emphasises the importance of INTERMOT as the industry's 'main event' in Europe.

Far Eastern imports are making the motorcycle market an intensely competitive place, in which companies seeking new business cannot afford to miss the opportunities of major trade shows such as INTERMOT.

Charlie was amazed by the size of this year's event, with its overwhelming diversity of displays, demonstrations and trade stands.

After completing the regular rounds and checking out all the major manufacturers' latest 2005 models, Charlie took time out to investigate the exploding quad market. He was delighted to see an unprecedented number of new quads, with almost every manufacturer exhibiting at least one four-wheeled model. Many types of four-wheelers are now available, including kiddies', leisure, utility and racing, plus a new breed of road-legal quads.
