CAROLE NASH SHOWS OFF THE CONFEDERATE WRAITH
November 8th 2004.

The Carole Nash stand (T20) at the NEC features several rare and exclusive motorcycles - including the Confederate Wraith prototype.

First drafted in 1999, the Wraith is an American V-twin with a radial backbone. It is designed for optimum weight distribution, and much emphasis is put upon the importance of mass centralisation. Hence, the motor is mounted forward of the central axis and the fuel cell is located beneath the powertrain. The Wraith features multi-link front suspension and exotic, lightweight materials including carbon fibre and aerospace-grade aluminium.
