December 6th 2004. Bell Helmets launched the new 'Moto 7k' helmet at Dirt Rider Expo, Stoneleigh Park, Coventry, from November 25th to 28th 2004.

This latest design is derived from the Bell Cross helmet, which was worn by world-famous riders including McGrath and Dowd. It features an ultra-light, multi-axial carbon aramidic fibre shell, designed to offer optimum impact absorption. Bell claims the finish is guaranteed to last - thanks to a multi-layer, anti-age, transparent coating with UV filter.

The Moto 7k has a removable liner and cheek pads, made from Cool Max and Dry Fast textile. Air ducts in the chin guard are situated to provide continuous air flow around the helmet. The peak is adjustable and can be easily removed.

RRP: £249.99
