Phoenix Distribution has recently announced the launch of its Arai 'five-star' dealer network.
The aim of the network is to provide customers with the ultimate buying experience when purchasing an Arai helmet. All 'five-star' outlets will carry the full 2005 range of Arai helmets and will have a professionally trained Arai representative on hand to offer advice about the brand. This includes advice on helmet care and, most importantly, accurate fitting. 
Each 'five-star' dealer will receive support from Phoenix/Arai, with display stands, POS materials, limited-edition promotional clothing, a web-site referral, intensive training and a full listing on all advertising material. This includes a recently launched three-page advertorial featuring a detailed, in-depth view of Arai, which will appear in TWO, Ride, Superbike and Bike magazine. Additionally, regularly advertised monthly promotions will be offered to the consumer. April's promotion offers consumers a race-kit bag free with every Corsair and Astro helmet. This will be followed by a 'Summer Race Essentials' promotion, from May 1st to July 31st, 2005, giving away packs that will include an Arai seat/cool bag, baseball cap, lanyard and water bottle.
Via their 'five-star' dealers, Arai will introduce a six-monthly service throughout any helmet's five-year warranty. Customers who buy a helmet from this network will receive a service book entitling them to take their helmet to any 'five-star' dealer to have it serviced free of charge.
