At this year's Motivational Awards Ceremony, Black Horse and its marketing communications agency, The Real Adventure (TRA), won the award for Best Third Party/Channel Programme, for their Q-points incentive programme. They also received the runners-up award in the Overall Best Motivational Programme category.
Graham Monk, Managing Director of The Real Adventure, said: "This is a great achievement for Q-points. The endorsement of it being voted the best third-party incentive scheme within such a competitive market is reward for the excellent results that we have worked hard to achieve with Black Horse over the past nine years."
15 entries were received in the Best Third Party/Channel programme category, from sectors including electrical, petrochemical, computer, automotive and FMCG sectors, as well as from rival companies in the financial services sector. The judges credited Black Horse and TRA for their 'excellence and creativity' in motivating dealers through use of the Q-points programme.
Phil Stones, Managing Director for Black Horse, said: "It's great to be recognised by the awards committee for our dedication in providing our dealers with a motivational programme that has such a huge impact on their overall performance."
Under the Q-points programme, points are awarded to dealers for the sale of finance and Payment Protection Plans. Guaranteed points are paid in every case, and loyalty is generated via the use of interactive 'virtual' games which allow players to boost earnings by gambling and playing interactive games over the phone or on the Q-points web site; the original stake is never lost. Q-points can then be exchanged for virtually anything, and already dealers have chosen items ranging cosmetic surgery to animal feed!
