Black Horse Motorcycle Finance dealers can look forward to an even greater service from the UK's No.1 Point of Sale finance company, when part of the firm's operation transfers from Nottingham to Cardiff on April 20.

Black Horse's specialist Motorcycle Finance account managers will not be affected, but the support team will now be based in Cardiff, following the company's exit from their Nottingham office due to the condition of the building.

The move to the firm's more modern Cardiff premises will mean enhanced levels of service for dealers, due to longer opening hours and more staff being available.

The Black Horse Motorcycle Finance team will also be further strengthened by the appointment of a new Sales Support Specialist.

Black Horse Franchise and Leisure Director, Bill Hamer said: "This move will be entirely seamless and will result in an enhanced service for our network of dealers.

"It will increase efficiency and ensure a market leading response, particularly when our electronic information system is used.

"The account manager team will continue to visit dealers regularly at their showrooms.

"Our specialist, experienced account managers are well known to dealers throughout the country for their commitment to this industry. Currently, over 70% of them are avid bikers themselves and motorbikes are not just an occupation but a way of life.

"There's no denying we face a tougher market at the moment, but I am confident that the strength of our team will help us support dealers all the way."

* All loan processing will now be handled out of Cardiff, 364 days a year and will be contactable during the following times: Mon - Fri: 9am to 7pm, Sat: 9am to 5.30pm and Sun - 10am to 5pm.

Existing telephone and fax numbers will remain unchanged, as will the online systems eQuips and Letsuconnect.

Account Managers will arrange for dealers to receive new stocks of pre-paid envelopes, bearing the new address in Cardiff to which all correspondence should be sent from May 2009 onwards. The new address will be: Black Horse Motorcycle Finance New Business, Cardiff New Business Centre, St William House, Tresillian Terrace, Cardiff, CF10 5BH.
