SOMETHING FOR THE WEEKEND
September 18 2009.

A random mix of murder, intrigue and outright lies to ponder over the weekend. Some people believe some of it. Oh dear...

BEWARE - If you are easily offended, gullible, paranoid, or just not interested, then don't click to read the rest of this rubbish....

GET ON GETS GOING
The Get On campaign is starting to roll with around 200 new visitors to the website every day and around 5% of those actually booking a test ride. In round terms, something over 500 bookings have been made since the start of the campaign, which is 500 more than doing nothing would have created.

HONDA BACKS CYCLE RACE.....
You may have noticed that Honda is a proud sponsor of the Tour of Britain cycle race which finishes in London tomorrow.

Interesting that the company has the money to support a cycle race, but not the MCIA show...

BOB MAC NOT GUILTY
Former policeman and Honda UK motorcycle chief Bob McMillan may be guilty of many things, but speeding certainly isn't one of them according to MCN.

On the other hand, impersonating a country and western singer....

SUPERCROSS AT THE SHOW
Not only can you take in the British Supercross series at theNEC, you can also ride some of the track and do yourself some serious damage.

Barry Johnston will be on hand to guide, educate and exclude drunks, idiots and show-offs. Which is a bit of a shame...

Plans for an exhibitor or trade race are being considered.

WHO LET THE QUADS OUT?
No Quad Zone at this year's show, but there will be quad races in the supercross programme.

What are these dreadful four wheelers doing at a motorcycle show anyway....?
