Oxford is actively recruiting for a Customer Services Advisor to provide practical and technical product support on the telephone for consumers and dealers alike.

As well as ensuring the highest standard of customer care, the lucky candidate will also need to work closely with the product development team to feed vital information up and down the line.

An understanding of the products would be helpful, although ongoing training will be provided. More important, however, is a passion for improving customers' experience and a hunger for the knowledge required to deliver this.
