Following the re-signing of Ben Spies at the end of 2009 on an extended contract, the world's biggest helmet brand is spreading its influence into more championships.

HJC helmets benefitted immensely from the exposure and accelerated product development generated by their involvement with WSB champion Ben Spies.

Ben has pushed HJC's R&D to the limit over the last 12 months and the results will be seen in Spring 2010 when HJC launch their first ever 'ready-to-race' helmet, the highly advanced R-PHA-10... the same helmet Spies will be seen competing in during the summer.

American Kenny Noyes, who signed to ride in the Moto2 World Championship in 2010 along with Spaniard Joan Olivé for Antonio Banderas Racing, had his first brief test with the Harris Moto2 machine at the Circuit of Valencia the day after the final Grand Prix of the season. The team of the Hollywood film star will use Harris frames, Öhlins suspension and Brembo brakes in the new class that replaces the 250 series. All bikes will use Honda 600cc four-cylinder engines and Dunlop tyres.

HJC helmets are distributed exclusively in the UK by Oxford Products Ltd.
