Jets Marivent, the sole UK and Eire distributor of BRP (Bombardier Recreational Products), held  a one day Bombardier  Outlander(T) 800 service training courses for its dealers last week (from 23rd - 24th November 2005), at its UK office in Wimborne, Dorset.
Bombardier ATV dealers across the UK including Scotland and Northern Ireland attended the course, which provided mechanics with training in computer diagnostics systems. Attendees were also able to learn about the physical mechanics of the engines first hand.
Phil Durrant, ATV Technical Support Engineer at Jets Marivent, conducted the training, which was  overseen by Lou Price, Service Manager. Phil provided dealers with technical guidance and advice. Product Manager, Martyn Heard and Area Manager Tony Nash also attended the training.
"This is one of a number of training courses that we run for our dealer networks throughout the year," says Martyn Heard, Bombardier Product and Sales Manager at Jets Marivent. "We have been pleased with the interest in the new Outkander(T) 800 across the dealer network and felt that this course would be very beneficial to them. We were even more delighted to see so many dealers taking part in the training as this was our most well attended course to date."
Interest in the Outkander(T)) 800, launched to the UK in August 2005 has been high following its success as a 4x4 Class winner at the Weston Beach Race in October 2005, and the positive responses and enquiries from visitors at the recent Dirt Bike Show, Stoneleigh Park, in November 2005.
Jets Marivent provides its network of over 120 dealers, specialising in Bombardier Recreational Products (BRP),  in the UK and Eire with a range of training to maintain the highest understanding of the products and quality service.
