MADISON TO DISTRIBUTE ASTERISK
April 4 2007.

Madison has been appointed the exclusive UK distributor of Asterisk knee braces.

Dominic Langan, Chief Executive of Madison commented "Asterisk is a market leading brand in need of a market leading UK distribution partner. Like Asterisk, we really care about the
wellbeing of those participating in the sport and Madison is pumped to be given the opportunity
to distribute this well designed and highly effective product range not only in the MX market but
also in all other applicable free sports channels."

The Cell, is used by motocross and supercross legends Ricky Carmichael and Chad Reed
along with many other riders on the pro circuit who recognise it as the most technologically
advanced knee protection system available. Numerous patented designs work in unison to
create a lightweight, totally customisable brace with features such as a unique natural free
floating hinge, a superior fastening design, a full coverage knee cup and anti-rotation tethers.
The Germ offers many of the features of the Cell but for our stars of the future.

The Cell and Germ will be available through Madison dealers and a specially appointed
nationwide network of service centres from the end of June.

About Asterisk

Asterisk was started by a group of athletes, including several motocross riders with extensive
backgrounds in the design and use of orthopaedic devices. The motivation behind the
formation and growth of the company was, and still is, to bring state-of-the-art protection and
performance enhancing products to athletes in extreme sports.
In 2001 the Cell knee protection system was launched direct to athletes and in May 2006, with
a distribution network spanning 32 countries, Asterisk introduced the Germ Knee protection
system, designed specifically for kids. Paralleling the form, fit and function of the best
orthopaedic knee braces, Asterisk's knee protection systems are a giant leap forward in design
and affordability.
