Motorecruit is working with MCN's Dealer of 2009 Lloyd Cooper - Motorcycles Direct, to recruit a Service Manager for its Watford dealership. This is an exciting, new appointment to the successful team.

Working alongside the directors this senior role takes on responsibility for managing the activity of the busy service department supporting Suzuki, Kawasaki and Honda franchises.

The successful candidate will be a skilled technician possessing experience of a similar senior position. In addition to experience of scheduling and managing a workshop's activity the successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the highest levels of customer service and the ability to lead and develop those within the service team.
