The Get On initiative from the Motorcycle Industry Association (MCIA), tagged 'life's better on two wheels' is designed to grow the market for all powered two wheel vehicles, and all related products and services. It also aims to increase the amount of motorcycle miles travelled, improve safety and embed a culture of motorcycle usage into the mainstream UK transport infrastructure.

The Get On campaign is web based and harnesses the reach of social media through the site and using other mainstream sites such as Facebook and Twitter, encouraging new entrants to share their two-wheeled experiences and inspire others. It also provides easy access to free motorcycle rides, advice on how to start and getting a license, a bike and accessories buying guide, and a 'Travel Savings Calculator' highlighting the transport costs that can be saved by switching to two wheels.
