NEC SHOW TRADE TICKETS ON SALE TODAY

Trade tickets for the 2007 International Motorcycle and Scoter Show, which opens on the 22nd November and runs until the 2nd December, are now on sale.

Following huge demand, the trade will now, for the first time, be able to enter the show at the earlier time of 8.00am on Press and Trade Day (22nd November) and will have access to halls 2, 3, 3a & 4 from 8.00am and gain access to hall 1 from 12.00pm. Ticket prices remain as in 2006 at £8.00 per ticket, valid for Trade Day and any one other day of the show.

If you have registered in previous years, you will shortly receive a personalised e-mail inviting you to register for this year's show. Alternatively you can book tickets by visiting the 'Trade Zone' at www.motorcycleshow.co.uk entering the password 'heart' in the required field and then completing the registration form.

Payment for tickets should be made online, and each ticket is purely for trade purposes; as such, the person named must work at your company. Tickets are not intended for children and organisers strongly advise that children are not taken to the show on Trade Day. A maximum of four tickets are available per eligible business address.

Parking on Trade Day will be free of charge for both bikes and cars. Parking for the remainder of the show will be charged at £8.00 for cars, bike parking will be free of charge and subject to availability.

Whilst at the show, why not visit the Motorcycle Trader Lounge and Bar in Hall 1, where you will be able take advantage of the free wi-fi access and reduced priced food and beverages. The Motorcycle Trader Lounge and Bar is a great place for meetings, relaxing or networking.

All Trade Tickets will require a photo of the named ticket holder on the ticket in order to validate, organisers advise that the photo is attained prior to attending the Show.

No registration will be accepted on the day (Thursday 22nd November 2007)

Tickets can only be booked by fully completing the on-line registration forms provided.

Visitors will not be allowed to purchase tickets on the door.

Access to Halls 2,3,3a & 4 will be from 8.00am to 6pm on Trade Day (Thursday 22nd November 2007).

Access to Hall 1 will be from 12 Noon to 6pm on Trade Day (Thursday 22nd November 2007).

Lost or misplaced passes can be replaced on-site, however a fee of £28 will be charged. Valid identification and proof of purchase will be required.

All portions of tickets are valid for one person only.

To validate, all passes must be completed with the valid name and company name of the user (one user only for all portions of the ticket) and carry a recognisable photograph of the user.

Tickets must be sealed prior to arrival at the NEC.

Tickets are valid only on the days specified on each ticket and each is valid for one day ONLY.

The right to refuse admission is reserved. Tickets are not transferable and are not for re-sale.

Trade tickets will not be mailed out until week commencing 19th October 2007.
