BIKE TYRESTORE LAUNCHES ‘MOTO-VATE’ CUSTOMER LOYALTY REWARDS PROGRAMME

Rumours of a new initiative from Bike Tyrestore, winners of the 2008 'Best Trade Service' award, have been circulating recently. MOTORCYCLE TRADER ON-LINE can reveal that the progressive tyre wholesaler is about to deliver an innovative 'first' to the UK motorcycle tyre industry, when it launches its brand new Customer Loyalty Rewards programme, aptly named 'Moto-Vate'.

The official launch date for the programme is 1st March, but all tyre units purchased by BTS customers since 1st January 2008 will count to provide everyone who joins the programme with an opening bank of points. Traders will need to register on the dedicated website www.moto-vate.com and many will find that business already conducted this year will have provided them with a healthy points balance and a good selection of rewards waiting to be claimed.

Four different levels of rewards have been created and as customer's unit purchases grow throughout the year, they are able to progress upwards within the programme. Bike Tyrestore says the scheme offers rewards that are attractive to all members of the customer's team, from the newly-joined apprentice all the way through the ranks to the business owner, thus making Moto-Vate unique within the trade.
