Oxford Products unveiled a number of new products at the NEC earlier this week, headlining with its new, and completely modular, showroom display systems.

The 600mm units can be adapted for any shop and linked together to fit any height or width. The co-ordinated components offer many ways in which to create a branded area including lighting, back-to-back and single-sided panels, inside and outside corners, end panels, luggage racks and brochure holders to name but a few and, according to marketing director Henry Rivers-Fletcher, there are no hard and fast rules with regard to how a retailer can qualify for the product. "The dealer buys appropriate stock and the units are loaned free-of-charge," he explained.

Next up on the show story is the expansion of the clothing brands Oxford offers. The company took on the distribution of Alpinestars gloves and boots towards the end of last year and added the French brand IXON to its portfolio. Both lines have now been expanded to offer a carefully selected range of stylish, waterproof and breathable rider garments.

Finally on the headline news front was the introduction of the first ever race helmet from premium helmet brand Schuberth. An evolution from F1 to MotoGP, the racing helmet will be used by the Oxford TAG Triumph Supersports team and will be available for sale towards the end of March.
