In a move designed to further reinforce the company's commitment to its burgeoning dealer network, Kawasaki has just announced the appointment of Craig Watson as Business Operations Manager for all products.

Having already worked for a decade in the motorcycle industry, including four years at Kawasaki as Regional Business Manager for the north and Scotland, 38 year old Watson has an in depth understanding of the wants and needs of the rapidly evolving Kawasaki franchised dealer network.

Responsible for a four strong Regional Business Manager team, Watson will oversee the day to day motorcycle sales activity and liaison between the dealer network and the UK Sales and Marketing Manager.

Allied to the new appointment, Mark Spiller sees his role as Retail Development Manager grow to encompass clothing and merchandise. With specific focus on the opportunities presented by a growing range of Kawasaki genuine clothing and accessories, Spiller will focus on the in-store retail environment helping dealers maximise profit opportunities and deliver the highest levels of presentation and service while also helping develop the training and development of dealer sales staff.
Speaking about the two roles, Sales and Marketing Manager for Kawasaki Motors UK, Michael Johnstone, stressed the Bourne End based company's mission to deliver the most rewarding customer experience allied to industry leading dealer standards.
