Öhlins Racing has announced a multi-faceted partnership with the Triumph Triple Challenge British Superbike support class as it switches from the standard Daytona 675 to the higher-spec Triumph Daytona 675R for 2013.

This Supersport class defining model boasts Öhlins suspension all round and will be campaigned in the series with full technical back-up from an Öhlins Service Centre, including an initial set-up to optimise suspension settings for each rider.

The Daytona R features Öhlins TTX technology within the rear shock and NIX30 cartridge kits in the front forks, all of which have helped the machine win plaudits for its handling and performance in every road test it has featured in.

In an additional development, Triumph Triple Challenge organiser T3 Racing has been appointed a sales outlet for the Öhlins range of Triumph-compatible products.

As well as OE fit on the Daytona 675R and Speed Triple R Öhlins suspension products are also available as Genuine Triumph accessories for many of Triumph's range including the Daytona 675, Street Triple, Speed Triple and Tiger.
