Skidmarx supplied race screens for the 2012 British Superbike championship-winning Rapid Solicitors Kawasaki team, and now the UK's leading manufacturer of motorcycle bodywork has developed a double-bubble screen for the road-going Ninja 300R too.

Derived from the race screens, Skidmarx manufactures its double-bubbles from 3mm acrylic and designs them to create an air pocket that provides greater protection for the rider. Directly replacing the original item using the existing mounting points and fasteners,Skidmarx double-bubbles are available in clear or tinted options and retail prices start at £54.95 including VAT.

Skidmarx also produce replacement standard screens in clear and tinted finishes, as well as a range of colours, with prices starting at £42.95.

Riders wishing to protect the rear end of the Ninja 300R could fit the Skidmarx rear hugger, which includes an integral chain guard. Manufactured in the UK from GRP glass fibre, the Ninja hugger is light weight and comes in a choice of black or in light green. There is also a carbon fibre option, at approximately half the weight of the GRP item. Supplied with a tailor-made fitting kit, that bolts directly to existing mounting points, the Ninja hugger sells for £74.95 including VAT in GRP, or £134.95 for the carbon fibre option.
