THE COLDEST JOURNEY HEADS ON WITH HJC

Following the news that Sir Ranulph Fiennes was forced to leaveColdest Journey expedition after suffering severe frostbite, the rest of the team are determined to continue across the Antarctic.


The expedition is being sponsored by Oxford Products, the UK distributor of HJC helmets, supplying the team with HJC helmets fitted with heated visors, to help them tackle cold temperatures as low as -90 °C.

Recent updates show that the team are making good progress in phase three of the expedition, where they have started the journey from the coast of Crown Bay to the South Pole, which is approximately 2,223km and will take them roughly 84 days.
