Due to continued growth KTM UK is looking for a National Aftersales Manager who will have the overall responsibility for the Aftersales Department covering Dealer Technical support, Field Technical support, Customer Service, Spare Parts, Warehouse, Warranty, Workshop, Dealer Technical Training and CRM.

This is an exciting new role reporting directly to the managing director, with responsibility for five members of staff. The main accountabilities are:

· Managing and motivating the Aftersales team.

· Aftersales development of the dealer network e.g. Minimum Standards, Technical Training and Customer Service.

· Maintaining a sound relationship between KTM UK, customers and the dealer network.

· Management of the KTM UK Warehouse and Workshop.

Applicants should have relevant Aftersales, dealer and/or manufacturer experience from an automotive, (ideally motorcycle), environment.
