Mortons Media Group Limited, the organiser of the annual International Dirt Bike Show at Stoneleigh Park in Warwickshire, has now distributed stand space application forms to exhibitors from last year’s Show.

As is customary for the organiser of Europe’s largest dedicated off-road show, exhibitors from the preceding year will be offered priority booking and therefore will be offered first refusal on the site they occupied at the 2013 event. Stand space will be held for those exhibitors until the end of March 2014, after which point space will go on general sale on Tuesday the 2nd of April 2014.

Mortons has confirmed that all 2013 show exhibitors will be personally contacted by Andy Catton of the exhibition sales team, in order that they may secure and rebook their preferred stand space prior to it being released.

“We are indebted to our existing exhibitors and have a responsibility to reward their support by providing them with the opportunity to have first call on their preferred stand site,” said show organiser Nick Mowbray. “However, thanks to the year-on-year success of the show a number of new companies and brands have already expressed an interest in exhibiting and this can only help to widen the appeal of the show, which will be good for all. We would like to reiterate that previous exhibitors will be given first option on their site and confirm that a tiered payment plan will again be offered, in accordance with last year’s dates.”

The 2014 International Dirt Bike Show application forms were distributed on the 28th February 2014. If any exhibitor hasn’t received a copy, duplicates can be requested by calling the show team on 01507 529594 or emailing acatton@mortons.co.uk
