INTERMOT, which brings together the international motorcycle industry once again in Cologne from 3rd to 7th October 2012, continues to develop its event concept in line with its target groups. In addition to the elaborate and impressive brand presentations for all motorcycle fans, this year sees the arrival for the first time of a Business Passage specifically aimed at trade visitors. The goal is to offer industry and trade an exclusive atmosphere for their business discussions, away from the hectic bustle of the exhibition. The Business Passage on the transfer level between halls 4 and 5 is located right at the heart of INTERMOT Cologne.

Exhibitors at INTERMOT Cologne can present themselves specifically to the international trade in the Business Passage and conduct their business activities in an ideal environment. In addition to the audience-grabbing exhibition stands in the halls, the Business Passage offers a limited number of exclusive stand packages. These include stand construction, media package and an allocation of vouchers for inviting important customers. There are also special business rooms available for conferences and presentations, along with conference equipment for up to 140 participants. The Business Passage at INTERMOT Cologne also has a smart Dealers' Lounge as an meeting point for the trade. Here the international trade can work in peace, away from the hurly-burly of the exhibition, and also relax. Along with all the modern communication media, it offers a pleasant ambience with a range of food and drink. The trade magazines supporting this cooperative venture include World of Bike (D), Bike und Business (D), British Dealer News (GB), International Dealer News (GB/Europa), Moto Dealer News (I) and Moto Taller (E), boosting the new role of the Dealers' Lounge as a contact point and orientation aid for the international motorcycle trade.
