For the second year in a row, Douglas Stafford Mystery Shopping has kindly donated ‘A Sailing Day on the Solent’ as a main auction prize at the BEN Ball 2014, hosted by the automotive industry charity at the Grosvenor House, Park Lane, London on 10th December 2014.

BEN is delighted to accept this auction prize, which will create a bidding frenzy amongst the guests keen to win this extraordinary item. The prize provides six people with a fantastic day sailing aboard a luxury 40ft Beneteau boat, the Lady Diane. The successful bidder, along with 5 other family members or friends, will sail to Cowes and enjoy a waterside lunch. After a chance to explore the Marina there will also be the opportunity to crew this outstanding vessel on the journey home, under the watchful eye of a professional skipper, with the chance to take a turn at the helm.

Douglas Stafford is a UK Customer Services performance researcher and Training specialist providing Mystery Shopping and Performance Improvement programmes for local, national and international companies for more than 24 years.

Douglas Stafford Operations Director, Ben Sargeant, said: “We are pleased to be supporting the 2014 BEN Charity Ball which raises money for a very good cause. Our sailing days prove very popular with our clients and I am sure whoever wins the prize will have a fantastic day.”

Kelly Neal, BEN Events & Exhibitions Manager, added: “A huge thank you to Douglas Stafford one again for making this generous donation. It is an incredible prize and I’m sure will be snapped up on the night by one very lucky bidder. What a wonderful way to spend time with family and friends knowing that you have given to a fantastic cause. The monies raised will help your automotive colleagues in times of need and hardship. With weeks to go tickets are selling fast, so book now to avoid disappointment. We look forward to seeing you all on what will be, as ever, a fabulous night!”
