Sales Manager – South West England

International Lubricant Manufacturer, Rock Oil, requires an experienced sales manager to continue the development of the business in South West England.

Rock Oil has been producing world-class lubrication for over 85 years, exporting to over 50 countries worldwide and supplying numerous World and British championship winners. Today at the company headquarters in Warrington, the technical department produce the finest quality lubricants which are exported over 50 countries worldwide. Rock Oil doesn’t merely market lubricants, it produces them with an absolute commitment to quality.

Rock Oil is a fast moving and rapidly growing business which has enjoyed excellent growth and reinvestment in the past few years. We are now looking to recruit a new sales manager to help with our expansion plans. They should be able to demonstrate:-

- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Good business sense
- Initiative and enthusiasm
- Excellent communication and 'people skills'
- A full driving licence

Typically, your specific responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and increasing sales of your company's products
- Establishing and reaching targets and goals for your area, for yourself and the rest of the sales force based at the SW depot
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
- Servicing the needs of your existing customers
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
- Dealing with some major customer accounts personally
- Reporting to senior managers.
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors

Normally, you'll work 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. However, you may have to work longer when necessary.

You'll be based out of our Trowbridge office.

Package by negotiation.
