OXFORD EXPANDS IN-STORE SUPPORT FOR DEALERS

Oxford recently expanded its dealer services arm yet again by adding a third Merchandising & Training Coordinator (MTC) to its field-base team. 


Teagan “Skippy” Randall joins the company’s existing team of two MTCs, respected experts in display and product technology. These knights of the road, resplendent in their sparkling new corporate VW Tourans, spend their days, (and sometime nights), restructuring dealers’ stores to maximise the sales of Oxford’s huge range of clothing, helmets, parts and accessories. 

Sales Manager Dean Cooper is a staunch advocate of MTCs: “This is a unique service that Oxford offers and a huge investment in driving dealer sell-through, but the positive results for both the company and our dealers are undeniable.” 

Skippy will work with Oxford’s Northern team, enabling the rest of the team to focus on the Southern and Key accounts respectively and further increasing the level of service dealers receive. 

A massive motorcycle racing fan, often to be found in the BSB paddock with her race mates, Skippy brings a wealth of relevant experience, both from the motorcycle industry down under and from retail marketing, and is quickly establishing herself as part of the team in the dealers she visits.
