Based in Lincoln, Rieju UK Ltd is a factory owned subsidiary of one of Europe’s largest distributors of small capacity mopeds, motorcycles and scooters. We are looking to recruit a key team member responsible for parts, technical and sales administration support for our rapidly growing network of motorcycle dealers.
About the Role:
The Sales Support role deals with both retail and dealer enquiries in all aspects of motorcycle parts, technical and warranty processing. The position requires a self-starting individual with a passion for driving continuous improvement through strong managerial skills and a deep commitment to end-user satisfaction.
Ensure that incoming calls are promptly assessed, assigned and executed.
Daily processing of unit and parts sales.
Organise parts stock control and re ordering.
Daily processing of warranty claims.
Promptly responding to retail and trade enquires.
Provide excellent service and communication to all customers.
Prepare estimates, invoices and associated paperwork for dealers and trade. Liaise between end users, dealers and Head Office.
Self-motivated professional, able to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment with minimal supervision after training.
Ability to build and maintain strong personal relationships with our dealer network.
Able to manage own time and prioritise workload.
Knowledge of using Sage Accounts preferred but not essential.
Computer literate including Microsoft Excel.
GCSE or equivalent grade C or above in English and Maths.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service role in a varying & demanding role.

Basic salary negotiable depending upon experience ranging between £16 -18K plus commission element OTE £20K plus.
