DIGITAL FUTURE FOR MOTO MAGAZINE WITH CRASH MEDIA
August 18 2015.

Britain’s biggest motocross media - MOTO magazine, website and its companion MX Trax forum - have been bought by the world’s largest motorsport website, Crash.net, part of the Crash Media Group.

Crash.net is the global No1 in motorsport, mixing car racing such as Formula One with a huge following for motorcycling with its unrivalled coverage of MotoGP and Superbikes. Now motocross is joining the Crash stable.

Crash has major plans for the MOTO brand, the highlights of which are:

* Creation of a MOTO App for tablets and smartphones

* Increase traffic to MOTO website * Addition of a motocross channel on Crash.net

* Increase in production of quality video content

One of the things that has ceased is the production of the print version of MOTO magazine. Motocross is more than just words on a printed page and the MOTO team feels that a completely digital execution works better to serve our modern audience and can bring the action even faster to the market.

This is why MOTO will be the first fully-functional native tablet and smartphone App in the motocross market which will display more images than any print magazine ever could, plus audio and video while remaining the quality read that MOTO is world famous for.

MOTO magazine’s team is Adam Duckworth as Editor-in-Chief, Julian Challis as Deputy Editor and Amy Sparrow as commercial manager. She can be contacted at amy.sparrow@crash.net
