Mark Hopkins, a representative of motorcycle internet specialist company NXGN Limited, was due to appear in court in London on October 13th to enter a plea to criminal charges under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. A two week adjournment was requested by the defence, and a plea is now due to be entered at a further hearing at Westminster Magistrate's Court on October 27th.
The charges relate to the alleged hacking of a former customer's website last year.
NXGN provide internet services to Suzuki, Yamaha, BMW, Triumph, Three Cross Motorcycles, MCN, and Yahoo, among others.
