Oxford Products has been celebrating its biggest ever monthly turnover, recording a whopping £3.1m in May.

The company’s motorcycle division was the main driver behind this figure, with sparkling sell-through of its vast product range in UK stores. Exports are also flying, with both developed and emerging markets feeling a pick-up in the global economy.

MD Andrew Hammond was quick to praise efforts and awarded double bonuses all round as the team celebrated together in the warehouse, each with a bottle of bubbly to take home:  “Huge congratulations to our sales team for building the business so impressively once again this year. And to our HQ team in recognition of all the extra hours and hard work required to process this exceptional amount of kit.”

The company continues to reinvest its earnings into product development, infrastructure and customer support as it expands its team in all directions. Recent additions to the team include extra bodies in Finance, Purchasing, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Videography, Sales Support and Warehouse Operations. In the sales team, Kyle McCarthy has been recruited to fill the new role of Country Manager for Ireland, where business has been growing strongly in recent years. Additionally, two high flying apprentices have recently graduated into full roles in Graphic Design (Grace Collins) and Marketing (Amy Weightman).
