Rowan Public Affairs, the motorcycle industry dedicated specialist consultancy on government and parliamentary relations, has announced the appointment of Rhian Jones.

Rhian will be focusing on research, which has become a vital industry need as the motorcycle business gets to grips with dealing with a wide range of complex technical and legal issues which surrounds Brexit. She will also be supporting Rowan Director Chris Hodder as Rowan continues to develop the motorcycle industry’s Parliamentary relationships.

Rhian comes to Rowan from Guardian News & Media and she has a strong background in research, writing and editing. She is also a published historian.

Rowan MD Craig Carey-Clinch said: “We are delighted that Rhian is joining the team. Her appointment allows Rowan to augment its already strong service to the MCIA and other clients, which in 2016 included securing Euro III End of Series concessions from the government for the entire industry.

"As external issues for the motorcycle industry become ever more complex, particularly with Brexit on the horizon, there is a stronger need than ever for the industry to be prepared for future regulatory and market challenges, armed with the proper information needed for strategic business planning.”
