ARENACROSS GETS READY TO RUMBLE
January 4th, 2019.

The Arenacross Tour is gathering steam with motocross heavy-hitters from around the world signing up to contest the big-money Pro 450 and Pro Lites 250 class.

For 2019 the Pro 450cc and Pro Lites 250cc riders will be treated as one entity. Both classes will have two 12-lap main events, from which the top six of each will be seeded through to the evening’s climax, a 15-lap AX Main Event Super Final. To make it even more interesting, the top six Pro Lites qualifiers will get priority start-gate pick – and a number of canny Pro riders have already spotted this and thrown their lids into the Lites ring.

A hefty pot of money is up for grabs across each of the five main events, with winnings paid right down to 12th in the Super Final. There are also spot prize pay-outs on offer, and team money too. This alone places Arenacross head and shoulders above any other domestic motocross race championship in terms of rewarding both riders and teams and, with so much at stake, paves the way for some wild and unhinged racing.

Adding to the tension and, prior to the AX Super Final, the four Pro and Pro Lites placed seventh to 10th in each class, will filter through to an eight-rider Head-to-Head (H2H) eliminator. The H2H is completely unscripted. There are few rules and only one winner – and that winner will go through to the Super Final. All non-seeded riders will race in a ‘Last Chance Qualifier’ aka LCQ, in a bid to claim the all-important 14th start position in the Super Final Main Event.

An Arenacross night out won’t break the post-Christmas family budget either as, a low-cost Friday night family ticket will see two adults and two children gain access to Arenacross for just £15 per head, whilst a modest increase of £4.50 per person will grant admission on the Saturday night. Upgrade that ticket to a two-show pass, and just £125.00 will cover the cost for two adults and two children to enjoy the full three-and-a-half-hour Arenacross show on both Friday and Saturday night.

A range of different priced tickets are now on sale via the TICKETS link on www.arenacrossuk.com or by calling 0844 844 0444.
