MCE INSURANCE ENHANCE CUSTOMER SERVICE

MCE has moved to new premises and invested with a view to enhance the customer experience.

Director, Julian Edwards said, "Independent research identified areas of weakness across the insurance market with regards to customer service. We've taken that on board and recently made some significant financial investments which will give motorcyclists what they want when looking for insurance - Top class service and a top class deal."

A fired up Edwards further commented, "We are delighted to open our new hi-tech centre in Rushden, Northamptonshire. This exciting building has a real city buzz. We've invested in one of the UK's most high-tech insurance centres and excellent training facilities, to ensure that we provide a first class service for our motorcycling clients. Improvements to the online booking service have also been joined by an increase of 30% in the number of telephone staff. This investment will minimise waiting times, ensure documentation is processed quicker and we can protect and develop long lasting relationships with our customers."
