Venhill now offers replacement braided steel brake lines for the complete line-up of KTM's 2009 motocross and enduro machines, from the 65cc SX to the 690cc Enduro-R and including the EXC400. Not only are Venhill's Powerhose Plus kits simple to fit, because they are model-specific and are designed to directly replace the original items, but they are also available in orange for a colour-coordinated look.

Venhill has been manufacturing high quality brake hoses & control cables in the UK since the 1970's and currently supports the KTM Factory team of Jacky Martens in MX3. Their British-made brake lines are unique because their hoses are produced to comply with both the American DOT and German TÜV standards. In order to pass these stringent tests the Venhill lines must withstand a critical burst test at 10,000 psi, (brakes operate at around 25-30psi even under hard braking), a 1,445 Newtons (325 lbs) tensile pull test and a 35-hour whip test to check for resistance to fatigue.

Venhill Powerhose Plus kits contain all of the parts required, including zinc-plated fittings, (although durable stainless steel fittings are offered for a modest extra charge), and factory-fitted rubber guides. They have a swivel union at the calliper end, for a fuss-free fit every time.

Eight colours are available in total - White, blue, orange, red, yellow, light green, purple, and even 'original' black, all with matching rigid sections. Venhill also produce traditional stainless hoses with a clear plastic sheath. The retail price for most front hose kits is £45.48 inc. VAT.
