The Motorcycle Industry Association (MCIA) has advised that the DVLA has re-opened its digital service for applying for a provisional driving licence.This timely news ahead of the industry-backed campaign #unlockyourfreedom which goes live on Wednesday, will be welcomed by many in the industry.
The MCIA continues to lobby for the general reopening of training schools.
