Amped Bikes returns to support the EMX Sparks series in 2026 with the Amped EMX Sparks British Masters set to take place over six rounds in Wales and Southwest England.

Following a successful inaugural partnership with MT3 Events last year, the team at Amped Bikes views the series as one that continues to combine competitive racing, and a passion for progression, with family-friendly weekends that set the standard for junior e-bike racing in the UK.

The Amped EMX Sparks British Masters will again host the very best in youth electric racing talent, with riders from across the UK joining the fun in Merthyr Tydfil and Chippenham.

Mark Thomas, of MT3 Events, said; “We are delighted that Amped Bikes enjoyed a successful first year when it partnered with us to promote the Amped EMX Sparks British Masters. The Amped bike racers enjoyed hard-fought racing in 2025, with Jake Carless showcasing the performance of the Amped Pro 20 to win the class and pick up a new Amped bike in the process.

“Each round delivers a professionally run, and fun experience, with championship-standard tracks, precise electronic timing, and a buzzing paddock atmosphere, giving every rider, from first-time racers to rising stars, a platform from which to shine.”

Henry Maplethorpe of Dualways, the Amped UK distributor, added; “We were one of the first companies in Europe to enter the electric balance bike market and have engaged in a big development programme for our Amped models over the past eight years. Our association with leading race events such as EMX Sparks, that focus on classes specifically for youth e-bikes, has provided feedback that helps with every Amped model development.

“We are now poised to introduce a new race-inspired Amped Comp range of machines with 18”, 20” and 24” wheel versions. We anticipate they will set a benchmark in the electric balance bike market, and we can’t wait to see them on the race track this year.”
