The Kappa KS430, available from Neo Distribution, is a base with universal retaining system to be used with a TANKLOCK bag on the passenger portion of the seat. Equipped with TANKLOCK quick release system, it has been designed to allow universal adaptation to any bike. It can be put on and taken off quickly, without using any tools. KS430 is compatible with most KAPPA bags with TANKLOCK system (not with those with a contoured/curved base).
This Kappa product is anti-scratch and has a non-slip rubber base. It is a fast and easy retaining system with adjustable straps.
