Lincoln based Urban Moto Distribution is seeking an experienced Technical & Warranty Advisor for its rapidly growing motorcycle and e-Bike dealer network. The role plays a very important part in providing technical advice backed by factory support for the range of Rieju small capacity motorcycles, plus Sur-ron and Drill Electric motorcycles and e-Bikes.

The role is critical in helping achieve and maintain the Urban Moto dealer and end user customer satisfaction levels and also involves the administration and processing of warranty claims.

In a fast-moving environment, you will be required to liaise between the supplying factories and dealers to solve issues, communicate technical problems and updates and help facilitate product improvements, plus the book in and out of warranty components and arrange factory returns in an orderly manner.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in the motorcycle or e-Bike supply network. A key interest in motorcycles or e-bikes would be useful, as would previous hands-on experience of electrical or mechanical fault finding or trouble shooting on vehicles, motorcycles or e-Bikes. Interest in EV technology and Lithium batteries would also be a distinct advantage.

This is a predominantly office-based role, but will also require some time with real products in a workshop environment, building and maintaining press and demo bikes.

This is a full-time role which may involve working occasional Saturdays on a rota basis.

Job Type: Full-time. Permanent.

Salary: Negotiable depending upon experience.
